ORDERING, SHIPPING AND RETURNS

we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All Vermont residents will be charged 6% sales tax.
all finished items ship via USPS Priority or UPS Ground within 1-3 weeks of receipt (for lead time please refer to individual product listings). You will be provided with email notification and tracking number. Please, make sure the address you are providing is correct.

We do our best to photograph and describe all products accurately - please keep in mind that the image color may appear differently according to your computer screen. We encourage you to order a sample of the textile you are interested in before placing bigger order. That being said, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase so if there is any issue, please bring it to our attention within 3 business days of delivery. For items being refunded and exchanged we do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for returning the item/s to us.
How should I care for my 100% linen product?
If the item has been screen printed in my Vermont studio: Machine or hand wash in cold water on the gentle cycle, air dry, iron if needed on reverse. Do not bleach. No need for dry cleaning.
If the item has been digitally printed in Pennsylvania: Spot cleaning recommended. Repetitive washing may cause fading. Do not bleach, iron as needed.
All of our products are made with 100% linen and it is typical and expected to see fabric "relax" a little bit and get softer with use. As with any natural material, slight imperfections (occasional nubs or slight print coverage irregularity) might be visible if you look very closely at your cloth. We consider this a part of the beauty of using natural grounds, and it's considered standard and expected when working with linen, specifically.
What type of insert comes with my pillow?
