This week has been relatively quiet over here at the studio. I have been working on new designs, shipping lots of swatches to new, amazing trade partners and prepping for few upcoming events - if you are in Vermont, near Waterbury area, you have to meet me and several other artists Saturday July 15th in downtown section of the town for Artist as Designer event - more info when we get closer.
I am also very happy to announce that Made of Cloth goods will be a part of London Design Fair this September. My textiles will be sold among work of other polish designers. So if you live in London or are planning on visiting the event, stay tuned for more details on the pop up! Exciting!
This weekend will be spent doing some yard work - never ending - attending niece and nephew`s baseball games (any tricks on how not to fall asleep?) and working on few projects planned for Fall.
Here is what I`ve been reading this week:
Are you obsessed about your skin? I know I am. I`ve been following 10 step Korean beauty regime for a year now, and my skin has never looked better. It`s worth mentioning that I am one of those unfortunate people who have struggled with imperfections ever since I was 12. This article on a forum for skin-care addicts was a very interesting read.
I love science and this just made my day - oldest fossils of homo sapiens found in Morocco.
Did you know you can now zip line with amazing views of Paris, right next to the Eiffel Tower? Yes, please - if I wasn`t afraid of heights....
I absolutely love this lounge chair by Carl Hansen!
Last but not least - absolutely gorgeous farmhouse. One day.
Have a wonderful weekend!
